Biography

Thomas was born abut 1692 and was the son of Thomas Elliott Sr and his first wife Sarah Elmore. He was named in his father's Will which was probated in 16 Dec 1729 in Perquimans, North Carolina.[1]

He married Mary Morgan in 1723. Mary was the daughter of John Morgan, who made a deed of gift to her on 12 Jan 1724.[2]

Thomas died intestate before July 1752. In Perquimans Court in January 1753, his estate was divided between his widow Mary (Adminitrix), his children Joseph, James, Rachel, Mary, Moses, heirs of his deceased son Thomas, and grandchild Ruth Munden [daughter of Elizabeth Elliott and William Munden].[3]

Birth date for Thomas Elliott is about 1700 (i.e., 1698-1702) in either Perquimans County or adjoining Pasquotank County in what is now North Carolina. Death date for Thomas is 1752 as given for both profiles.
