Biography

Jessie Elliott was born 5 November 1892 at Carrollton, Carroll County, Missouri. She was a daughter of Oliver Elliott and Elizabeth Frances Warren. ^{[1] [2]}

Jessie Elliott appeared as a son [sic] in the household of Olliver Elliott on the 1900 U.S. Census at Moss Creek Township, Carroll County, Missouri. She was listed as 8 years old, and born November 1892 at Missouri. ^[3]

Jessie Elliott appeared as a daughter in the household of Olliver Elliott on the 1910 U.S. Census at Moss Creek Township, Carroll County, Missouri. She was listed as 17 years old, and born in Missouri. She could read and write. ^[4]

Sometime between the death of Robena in March 1917, and the 1920 U.S. Census, Dallas Graham married Jessie Elliott at Missouri.

Jesse Elliott appeared as wife in the household of Dallas Graham on the 1920 U.S. Census at Monroe Township, Daviess County, Missouri. She was listed as 28 years old, and born in Missouri. She was living with her husband, and one child. ^[5]

Jessie Elliott died of uterine cancer 7 October 1942 at Kidder, Caldwell County, Missouri. She was 49 years old. On her death certificate, it was reported that she was born 5 November 1892 at Carrollton, Missouri. Her occupation was chambermaid. She was divorced from Dallas Graham. Her parents were listed as Oliver Elliott (born in Adair County, Kentucky) and Elizabeth Warren (born in Carrollton, Missouri). The informant was her sister, Mrs. Vader Cox of Kidder, Missouri. She was buried in Brown Cemetery at Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri. ^[2]
