Florence (Elliott) Castledine was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Florence Elliott was born on 2 June 1876 at Orange, NSW, the daughter of Mary Jane Blake and Richard Elliott.^[1] She was the second of two daughters and the sixth of seven children in Mary's first marriage. Florence's mother also had eight children with her second husband.

Florence Elliott, daughter of Mary Jane Blake and Richard Elliott, married Charles Joseph Castledine, son of Jemima Wilson and Thomas John Castledine, on 6 Oct 1899 at Mt Morgans, Western Australia.^[2] They had seven children.

Florence (Elliott) Castledine passed away on 19 June 1963 at Perth, Western Australia.^[3] She was survived by

• at least three grandchildren
• at least four great grandchildren.
