Biography
Phillis Ellis was born on 5 Aug 1782 in Hancock, Georgia. She was the daughter of Levin Ellis, 32, and Isabel, 32. She married William E Miller. She died on 29 Mar 1850, in Bossier City, Louisiana, having lived a long life of 67 Years, 7 Months, 24 Days, and was buried in Fillmore Cemetery, Haughton, Bossier Parish, Louisiana.[1][2]
