Charlotte Ann Ellis was born in 1846 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England, the daughter of John Ellis and Sophia Windsor. [1]
In 1851 she was with her parents and 3 siblings in Toxteth Park, Lancashire. Her father was a labourer at an iron works. [2]
She married Edward Seddon on 19 June 1870 in St Mary's church, Edge Hill, West Derby, Lancashire.[3] The couple had at least 6 children.

Scott-19074 and Ellis-26094 appear to represent the same person because: Marriage record and birth registrations of all children point to the wife of Edward Seddon being Charlotte Ann Ellis (rather than Scott). I can find no reference to the surname Scott (nor death details for Charlotte Seddon in 1921)
