I noticed you were doing many merges here on WikiTree. It's great that you are working to clear-up some of our duplicates. Please keep in mind that unsourced profiles may not be what they appear. If there are no sources you may want to look for sources to verify the merge.

When doing merges you will want to go back and clean-up the duplicate information in the profile biography, so merging the bio information as well.

Hi Bonita,you proposed a merge of Laughlin-533 with Laughlin-130. Laughlin- 533 has mother Price-3046 and my Laughlin-130 has mother Dunkin-550.I have them as half sisters.Their birthdates are about the same, but as they are in the 1700's it is difficult to be accurate.John Laughlin and Jane Mathews have two James as sons and I think that needs to be cleaned up a bit to lessen the confusion of this family.So I am not comfortable with merging these two at this time. I do however see the need to merge the Williams- McFerrin-19 and McFerrin-49
