Sarah was born about 1855, Quincy, Massachusetts, the daughter of Benjamin and Margaret Ellsworth, according to information in her death record^[1]

According to her children's records, she married Nazaire Fecteau^[2] The marriage occurred presumably about 1875. The couple had five children:

• Warren Napoleon Fecteau
• Lillie M. (Fecteau) Byron
• Nellie Veleaner (Fecteau) Burton
• Lucy Louisa (Fecteau) Kennedy
• Benjamin Fecteau

Sarah died 17 April 1894, in East Greenwich, Kent, Rhode Island, according to town records: Sarah E. Fecteau, 39, of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, married, born in Quincy Massachusetts, America, to Benjamin and Margaret Ellsworth. Died of Brights' disease.^[1][3]
