Elmore-2547 and Elmore-1145 appear to represent the same person because: This is a previously rejected merge request with no explanation. The death dates are a week apart, otherwise Elmore-2547 and Elmore-1145 are obviously for the same person. Please merge or explain why they could not possibly be the same person.
