Good morning, Jen! In regards to John Teter Elrod: Both versions of his middle name are listed on his profile -- his Anglicized name appears at the top when you're viewing his profile, and the original spelling shows on the main information below. In other words, I've put "John Teter" as his preferred name on the Edit page, and I've put Johann as his Given Name and Dider as his Middle Name. I think it's a good idea to keep both of them on the record both for searching within Wikitree and also so people searching for him on other sites will know that both versions of his name should be searched for.

Oh, and he's my 5th great grandfather. :)
