Frederick Clifford Ely was born in 1898 in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia, the son of Clara Elizabeth (Jenkin) Ely and George Henry Ely.[1]
He married Ruby Alice Normington in 1922 in Victoria.[2]
Frederick died in 1944 in Castlemaine, aged 45 years.[3]
