IN the will of GRAHAM REDVERS ELY, late of Balgowlah, in the State of New South Wales, deceased, company representative.—Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on the 8th January, 1964.—Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1954, Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1954, and Trustee Act, 1925-1942, Burns Philp Trust Company Limited, the executor of the will of the said Graham Redvers Ely, who died on the 15th June, 1963, hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are hereby required to send particulars of their claims to the said executor, at 7 Bridge Street, Sydney, on or before 10th October, 1964, at the expiration of which time the said executor will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.—Dated 27th July, 1964.
