Biography

Luzerne was born on 25 Jun 1871 in Crown Point, Lake County, Indiana to Coles and Clarissa (Bonesteel) Ely.^[1][2]

He married Isbaelle "Bell" James on 25 Aug 1894 in Knox, Starke County, Indiana^[1]

Luzerne died on 6 Sep 1949 in Valpairiso, Indiana. He is buried in Graceland Memorial Park in Valpraiso.^[2]
