Biography

John was born in 1808 in St Giles, London, England. He married Hannah Maria Everitt on April 7, 1833 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England.^[1] He died between 1881 and 1891.^[2]

He is not John Thomas Ely^[7], son of John Ely and Ann in, Camberwell. He married in Camberwell in 1839^[8] and lived in Surrey with his wife in 1881.^[9]
