DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jacob by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jacob:

The conflict over the identify of the wife's maiden surname is significant so the merge cannot be approved until that issue is resolved (in favor of Buss). Otherwise, too-casual "researchers" will continue to identify invalid Beck parents for her.

Perry,

Why would she be buried in the Beck Cemetery if she was a Buss child? Are there other records that support the maiden name of Buss?
