Biography
Kathleen was born in 1880 in Swellendam, Cape Colony; she was the daughter of Edwin Emmett and Maria Elizabeth Helpeerdina (Falck) Emmett.
She was 26 years old when she married 31-year-old Johannes Hendricus Brand de Villiers in St Peter's Church in Vryheid, Natal on 3 March 1906.[1]

They had no children.
Kathleen was 52 years old when and living in Bloemfontein when she passed away on 13 September 1932 in the Pretoria General Hospital.[2][3][4]
