Frank Cassius Endicott was born on 5 April 1879. He was the son of John Melvin Endicott and Josephine Small.
He was in the United States Army.
In the United States Census of 1900, he was aged 21 and recorded at Cairte Field Staff Band 4th N S Infantry, Cairte, Philippines.
He married Catherine Wood Cady on 8 December 1907 in Plattsburg, Clinton, New York. They appear to have had no children.
By 1920, Frank Cassius Endicott (aged 40) was recorded living with his wife Catharine Cady Endicott (40) at Camp Lewis, Pierce, Washington, United States.
He attained the rank of Major.
After the death of his wife Catherine on 15 December 1921 at the age of 43, as the result of an Accident, he married, secondly, Margaret Lindsey Luckey.
In the United Census of 1940, Francis C Endicott (aged 61 and an Army Officer) was recorded living with his second wife Margaret Endicott (44) at Tract 12, District of Columbia, Police Precinct 8, District of Columbia, District of Columbia.
Frank Cassius Endicott passed away on 19 March 1964 and was buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia[1]. Plot: Sec: 3, Site: 4565 WS
