Biography
Bessie England was born September 9, 1890, in Indiana, a daughter of James W. England and Delilah E. Marshall. In 1906, Bessie married Arthur Simeon Fulps, born May 31, 1888, in Boicourt, Linn county, Kansas, a son of Simeon Calvin Fulps and Ethel L. Malcolm. Bessie (England) Fulps died in January, 1980, at the age of 89 years and is buried in the Elmwood Cemetery, in Chanute, Neosho county, Kansas. There are seven children connected to the Find A Grave memorials of Bessie and her husband. [1]
