He died after an operation in hospital, Sydney 1925,[1][3] and was interred in the Presbyterian portion of the Grafton cemetery.[4][5]

(Bangalow), and three daughters—Aileen, Ruby, and Marie (Grafton). Mr. W. H. Englert, of Lismore, is a brother.
