Biography

From FindAGrave:

Son of John M English California Democrat and Manuelita T English. He is buried in the English family plot. At age nine years, John suffered an attach of inflammatory rheumatism that weakened his heart.

His is survived by brothers Fred B, George, Stephen and sisters Ada M and Mrs John Irwin, Jr (Genevieve English).
