Civil Ann Ennis (Mary Elizabeth Ennis) was born in 1855 in Harnott County, North Carolina, United States. She was the daughter of Walter Ennis and his wife and Nancy Munns.

She died between 1878 and 1880 in Harnett County, North Carolina, United States and is presumed buried in the Ennis family burial ground.
