Jannetje Lozier, also known as Jannetie Le Sueur, was born on 22-Aug-1660 at Harlem, New York County, New York. She was the daughter of Francois Le Sueur and Jannatie Hildebrand Pietersen. Jannetje married Jan Janszen Post, son of Jan Barentsen and Nieltje Von Breuckelen, in 1675 at Harlem, New Amsterdam, New York County, New York. Jannetje Lozier died after 1688 at Kingston, Ulster County, New York. Jannetje married Thomas Ennis in 1695.

Children

  • Jannetje Ennis, bp. Sep 29 1695, in Marbletown, Baptism was Recorded at the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, Ulster, NY[1]
Note: Jannetie was said to have died (no qualification)[2] It is possible that she died before the birth of William Ennis'es daughter Jannetje was born. William Ennis and Cornelia Viervant had a daughter Jannetje bp. 1703.
  • Rachel Annis, bp Jan 09, 1698. Baptism Recorded at the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, Ulster, NY[3]
  • Helena Ennis, bp. Mar 03, 1700. Baptism Recorded at the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, Ulster, NY[4]
Later, presumably after the birth of Helena, Thomas Ennes and Jannetje le Sueur moved to the Minisink Region--Milford, Pennsylvania on the Delaware River.[5]

It looks like his daughter Rachel was actually born in 1698, not 1689. I haven't verified it yet. But looks like the "about 1695" marriage year is probably okay after all.

I connected him to the profiles of his parents. However, I think he must have been married well before 1695 if he had a daughter Rachel born in 1689.
