He married Sarah Rogers, daughter of Stephen and Sarah (Wilcox) Rogers, on 15 Sep 1785 - parents of Sarah and Sophronia Ensworth
He also married Elizabeth "Betsey" (Ball) Jerome, widow of Aaron Jerome
He is buried at Mount Hope Cemetery, Rochester, Monroe, New York, USA
