Biography
Katharina Ersdotter was born on August 12, 1841 in Torp parish in Västernorrlands län, Sweden.
She married Jonas Sjölinder in 1867. They had children
- Katharina Erika b. 1869
- Erik Andreas b. 1871
- Nils Olof b. 1873
- Kristina Johanna b. 1875
- Lars Peter b. 1878
- Brita Lisa b. 1880.
The family were farmers/bönder in Västervallsta. They emigrated to the United States in 1881. They left on October 6, 1881.
We find the family in Isanti in Minnesota in 1885.[1]
