Biography

Robert was born about 1879. He was the son of Daniel Esson and Margaret Shaw Esson.^[1]

In 1891, Milton and younger sister Mary were living with parents Daniel and Margaret at Otonabee in Peterborough County were Daniel worked as a labourer.^[2]

In 1901, Milton, still single, is shown as living in the household of James T Miller in Otonabee working as a domestic.^[3]

On April 8, 1903, 22 year old Milton married Emma Clara Riley, 20, at Otonabee, Peterborough County.^[4]

At the age of 41, Millon Robert D Esson appeared in the 1921 Canadian Census in Otonabee, Ontario.^[5]
