He passed away April 12, 1858, at Durham Bridge, on the east side of the Nashwaak River, Parish of Saint Marys, York County, N.B., he married on November 20th, 1814, to ELIZABETH POND ( born July 14, 1788 - died January 16, 1870 ),daughter of Mary Eva ( Cain or Kaine ) and John Pond[1][2][3].[4] Stephen Estey resided on the Nashwaak River in the Durham Settlement for most of his lifetime.
