George Eubanks bought from Thomas Pemberton, shortly after 1790. Because Thomas Pemberton was married to Wingfield, George Eubank was probably related to Thomas through that 1790 marriage.
The Morris connection is also worthy of exploring: "Jacob married Elizabeth Eliza Eubank, daughter of George Eubank Jr. and Nancy Wingfield, on July 6, 1823 in Albemarle County, Virginia. Elizabeth was born on November 15, 1805 in Caroline County, Virginia and died on October 30, 1883 in Union District, Mason County, West Virginia, at age 77 .
