Cora Alice Evans Gilliland

Cora was born May 23, 1877 in Tennessee. Her father was William Evans and her mother was Margaret May.^[1][2][3]

Cora married Ross Gilliland September 7, 1899.^[4] They had two daughters: Buena Rhea born August 6, 1900 and Bernice Margaret born May 16, 1903^[1][2]

Cora passed away October 25, 1906 and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Attalla, Alabama.^[5] After Cora's death, her sister Bess and her husband Joe took Buena Rhea and Bernice in.^[1]
