Hello Jean

Your England Leaders are completing the six monthly check in with all team members. Thank you for your work on English Profiles and your work in no less than four county teams!

These are unprecedented and difficult times, and we understand as Project Leaders that your situation may have changed somewhat in the last few months. What we are all able to/ wish to contribute on Wikitree has changed. Please let me know if you are happy with your current role and team choice, or if you wish to do something additional or different. Thank you again on behalf of all the Project Leaders for everything you do.

Hi Jean,

On behalf of the England Leaders, I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your contributions towards the project in the past six months as a Team Member for Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk. We've achieved a great deal during this time and we couldn't have done it without you.

Are you happy to stay in your current teams and the project as a whole? Are there any other teams you'd like to join? What are we doing well, and what would you like to see us doing differently moving forwards?

Please respond to this message via e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks,

Susie, England Project Leader :-)

Congratulations on making more than 100 contributions to WikiTree for the month of August!

We all appreciate your efforts to make our Shared Tree the best it can be.

Keep up the great work and THANK YOU!!

Hi, Jean. Thanks for the info on Dorothy. Could you get those baptismal records on to the profiles? (I never add anything I haven't seen). I cannot find the baptisms on Ancestry. Is it possible to clarify the source? Is it available online? Then we can get Dorothy merged with Katherine.

Hi Jean,

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

Many thanks,

Hi Jean,

Thanks for all your work on WikiTree. I noticed that you recently created a profile for a pre-1700 ancestor.

There have recently been some updates to the Pre-1700 Profile help page and a minor update to the Pre-1700 Quiz since you took it in November 2017. Please review both and let me know if you have any questions or concerns. You will notice that the wording has been modified to more fully explain the sourcing needed for pre-1700 profiles.

Hi Jean ,

It's been a year since the England Project was re-ignited. Thank you for being part of this exciting journey!

We really appreciate all your contributions and hard work :)

We would love some feedback from you please. :)

Are you happy contributing with the team you are on, or would you like a change, or even add to another team?

If you are not already on a team, which one would you like to be on?

If you are not sure what is available, just ask, we are here to help :)

Are you still happy contributing to the England Project?

Please PM me through my profile and let me know how you are doing :)

Thank you :)

Wendy Leader England Project.

Thanks Jean

I am related to Ernest Achey Loftus and would be interested in hearing from anyone else who is a descendant of the Loftus family.

Hi Jean. I just wanted to say "Congratulations" on becoming one of the newest Red Badged "Generous Genealogist". It is always nice to see others helping in source research especially on census reports etc. Thanks so much for all your contributions to WikiTree. Nice Biography on your profile also.

Hi, Jean,

Thank you for the Talmash information! Albert Talmash married my great-grandmother's sister. I had little information on him. Anything that you might provide on his lineage, will certainly be appreciated! Shero
