Biography
Catherine Evans was born in 1760 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. [1] She married William Blair in 1781 in Pennsylvania. They had at least seven children, including Thomas, David Evans and Margaret. She passed away 17 December 1818 in Ross County, Ohio. She was interried in Waugh Cemetery, Ross County, Ohio. [1]
