I'm a Professor of Geology at Missouri State University. I work on carbonate stratigraphy and meteorite impact structures. I'm an amateur genealogist, since my folks passed away. I'm just getting started on this project. I've read some of the listings for the early HARRISES of Virginia. I have a lot of questions.

My Mother was a HARRIS and her Mother was a SHELTON, both of whom date back to the early colonial period in Virginia.
VIRGINIA_COLONY
I'm interested in tracking down the elusive Thomas HARRIS enigmas of Charles City and Isle of Wight County. I'm not a professional genealogist, but I'm a scientist nearing retirement age.

Hi Kevin,

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?

We want to help! Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

PS Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.
