Biography

Hannah Evans was born on April 12, 1786, in Culpeper, Virginia, her father, Evan, was 32, and her mother, Sarah, was 29. She married Curtis Beales on July 30, 1801. They had 13 children in 27 years. She died in 1855 at the age of 69, and was buried in Randolph, Indiana.

Hannah Evans was part of the Quaker community.

Hannah Evans married Curtis Beales on July 30, 1801, when she was 15 years old. (1) Her son John was born on October 2, 1802. (2) Her daughter Sarah was born on December 9, 1804, in Ohio. (3) Her son Jacob was born on January 26, 1807, in Ohio. (4) Her daughter Phoebe was born on October 13, 1808. (5) Her daughter Pleasant Comfort was born on September 21, 1810. (6) Her daughter Elizabeth Ann was born on April 22, 1812. (7) Her son Daniel was born on July 22, 1814, in Ohio. (8) Her daughter Ester was born on June 20, 1817. (9) Her daughter Atlantic Ocean was born on February 6, 1819, in Ohio. (10) Her daughter Mary was born on May 25, 1821, in Ohio. (11) Her daughter Susannah was born on November 25, 1823. (12) Her son Evan was born on November 25, 1827. (13) Her son Curtis was born on January 22, 1830.
