DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with John:

Everitt-660 and Everett-4703 appear to represent the same person because: Clearly the same person, but his parents need sorting out. As one of them is completely unsourced I suggest you go with the Eversholt parents even though there are shortcomings

How sure can you be that John of Hendon who married in Milton Bryan is the John baptised in Eversholt? OK, Eversholt and Milton Bryan are only a couple of miles apart.

I am quite confident. And I am very certain that I am related to the Job Everitt in your tree because on Ancestry ThruLines I have 22 DNA matches who are descendents of John Everitt (1760-) whot is the sister of Mary Burrows nee Everitt (1756-1828) who is my direct ancestor. I have 8 DNA matches on Ancestry that are under Job Everett (1802-1881), son of the John above, and below Job Everett, I have 3 DNA matches under his daughter Mary Everett )1823-1900), 4 DNA matches under his son John Andrew Everett (1829-1902) and 1 DNA matche under his daughter Frances E Everett (1842-1900). I hope this helps.
