RE: Will Of CHARLES EBENEZER, EWERS J V late of Camberwell In the State of Victoria retired Farmer deceased. Probate granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales 2nd October 1946. Pursuant to the "Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898-1940." the "Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938." and the "Trustee Act. 1925-1940" Clara. Winifred Ewers the Executrix of the Will of the said Charles Ebenezer Ewers who died 9th November 1945 hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said Executrix In care of Norton. Smith St Co., Solicitors. 39 Hunter street,' Sydney on or before 21st December 1946 at the expiration of which time the said Executrix will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the per- sons entitled having regard only to the claim of which she then has notice. Dated 18th October, 1D46. Norton Smith it Co.. Proctors. 39 Hunter Street. Sydney. (2)
