1896 Alfred moved to the Condobolin region of Western NSW where he was a grazier[2]
1915 Married Alice Bailey, from Victoria in Victoria[3]
20 Aug 1917 Their only son, Raymond was born. He went on to be an accomplished and prolific war artist in WW2 and the sculptor of the enormous and famous "Australian Serviceman" housed in the Australian War Memorial.
1923 The couple returned to Victoria
