Biography

Elizabeth Eyre (b. 25 Jan 1545; bp. Great Chalfield).[1] is a daughter of John Eyre and Anne Tropnell. She married John Bewshin, gent. of Cottells Alworth, co. Wilts.[2] He was the s. & h. of Anthony Bewshin of Bewshin and Margaret, dau. of John Agaunt of Nashe, co. Dorset.[3]

Elizabeth and her husband did not have any children in 1565, but the Harvey (1897), implies that they were a young couple. They may have had children in later years (check later sources).[3]

Elizbeth's husband, John "Bewshin" was a direct descendant of William Beauchin. The decent is given in the visitation of Wiltshire (cired here), and also on William Beauchin's profile.
