Charlotte (Eyre) Willoughby was born in Nottinghamshire, England.

She married Henry Willoughby on the 20th of June 1815, at Babworth, Nottinghamshire, witnessed by George Eyre and Thomas Burrows Clark. ^[2]

Charlotte and Henry had two children:

• Henry Willoughby (1817–1877)
• Rev Charles James Willoughby (1822–1875)

Charlotte died on the 30th of September 1845, and was buried in St Mary Churchyard, Birdsall, Yorkshire, England. ^[3]
