State of Missouri County of Lincoln Be it remembered that on the 21st day of March, 1846, the within last will and testament of Ira C. Ezzell late of said County deceased was produced before me, Francis Parker, Clerk of the County Court of said County, in vacation of said Court for probate and on said day by the oaths of Elijah Anderson and Samuel Ezzell two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, was proven according to law to be the last will and testament of the said Ira C. Ezzell deceased. In testimony whereof I have known LS to ____ my hand and seal affixed the seal of said Court at office in said County the day and year last aforesaid.
