Biography

John was born about 1800. His parents are John Ezzard and Margaret Ward.

John T. Ezzard married Mary Thompson and had a daughter Mary Ann Ezzard that married Marvel L. Kemp. Mary was mentioned in Aaron Kemps Estate File, as guardian of Marvel and Mary's children. John T. Ezzard and Mary Thompson were named as her parents. ^[1].

John and wife Mary Ezzard are listed in the 1850 census living in Forsythe County, Georgia. There are twelve assumed children living in the household. ^[2] According to a note on his FindAGrave Memorial John and Mary had fourteen children - they are all listed in his will.

He passed away 23 June 1875 and is buried in the Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery in Forsyth County, Georgia. ^[3].
