I have a copy of Myrtle's birth certificate and it gives her birth date as 4th October 1905 at Harris Street, Granville. Name given is Myrtle Her father is Ambrose Fahey, aged 29, birth place Appin, NSW, marriage date 26th January 1897Her mother's name in Dapto, NSW her mother is given as Eleanor Miles Standen aged 28 and born at Home Rule, NSW. E.M. Fahey, mother was the informant and was living at Granville. Nurse and/or witness were Mrs Ackroyd. The birth was registered 27th Nov 1905, Granville.

I have a copy of Myrtle's death certificate and it gives the following:

Myrtle Mary Fahey died 5th October 1967 at Parramatta Psychiatric Centre, Parramatta. She was aged 63. Her cause of death was Congestive Cardiac Failure, Myocardial Infarction. It states her parents as Ambrose Fahey a labourer and Eleanor Myler [sic] Standen. The informant was her brother F Fahey of 153 Windsor Road, Northmead. She was buried 9 October 1976 at the Roman Catholic Cemetary, Rookwood. The service was performed by J Meaney, Roman Catholic and witnessed by T Eldon, J.A. Marshall. It states Grace was born at Granville, NSW. She was never married.
