I have a copy of Raymond Joseph Fahey's birth certificate and it gives his birth date as 8th December 1909 at Harris Street, Granville Municipality. His father is stated as Ambrose Fahey a General Labourer aged 34 and he was born at Appin, NSW. He was married 26th Jan 1897 at Brownsville, NSW and there were 6 previous issue Norah G (13), Arthur E (11), Reginald J (9), Francis (6), Myrtle M (4), Eleanor S (2) None Deceased. His mother's name is given as Eleanor Miles Standen aged 32 and born at Home Rule NSW. The Informant was Eleanor Fahey, mother, Granville. The Nurse and/or informant was Nurse Howlett, Mrs Shephardom. The birth was registered 5th February 1910 at Granville.
