Fairchild-1797 and Fairchild-1064 appear to represent the same person because: I have initiated a merge between Fairchild 1064 and Fairchild-1797 but I cannot finish it because I am not on Trusted List for the second profile. Please complete the merge. And this will probably cause a lot more family member to need merging. I'll help if you want to add me to the profiles.
Fairchild-1872 and Fairchild-1797 appear to represent the same person because: Same names, same dates, same family. Pls merge or give an OK for me to do it.
Ebenezer Fairchild and wife Salome Goble had daughters Salome b abt 1757 and Abigail b sometime between 1757 and 1860 according to census analysis. Salome married in1771 in Wilkes Co., NC to Joseph Marion Stonecipher. Abigail married in 1779 in Wilkes Co., NC to James Jackson. I believe the above dau of Ebenezer listed as Salome Abigail should be renamed to delete her first name so that Abigail is shown as the wife of James Jackson. Without this recommended change, it appears that Ebenezer had TWO daughters named Salome. And AFTER the renaming of this page, then two later created Abigail Fairchilds can be merged into this one.
I just adopted and edited this profile. I believe Fairchild-1872 and Fairchild-1797 are duplicates and should be merged. If you want to delay until the Free Space study is published, that is OK with me. I'll get the study published asap, but sure don't know how soon that will be.
