He was born on 25 Sep 1795 in Charleston County, South Carolina, USA and his parents were Nancy (Taylor) and Robert Jackson Fairchild.

John Thomas Fairchild married about 1819 to Sarah Ann Morrison (1797-1868). [1]

He died on 08 Jun 1877 in Lawrence County, Mississippi, USA and was buried there at Old Silver Creek Church Cemetery. [1]

Research Notes

One of his daughters stated her grandmother always said there was Indian blood from the Fairchild side of the family. [2]
