Gravestone inscription: "Aleazar C. Fairchild; Died Sept. 3, 1846; In the 63 Yr of his age" This would give a birth year of 1783 but birth record indicates birth in 1787.
FAG record indicates a wife, Florinda (Pepper) Fairchild, 1791–1854, and her headstone says wife of A.C. Fairchild. Undocumented wife Experience Case, 1795–1832. Lists of children, also undocumented at this point, suggest that Experience was his first wife and that he married Florinda shortly after Experiences death and had more children.
