Biography
Philo was born 1 Dec 1788 in Fairfield, Connecticut. He was the son of Abel and Nancy Fairchild.[1]
He married Nancy Dallon Stiles 30 Sep 1819 in New York and they had two sons. Philo was a merchant, with brothers Charles and Sellick in Catlin Settlement about 1821.[2]
Philo died in 1831 in New York.[3]
