Biography

George Daniel Fairman was born about 1873 in Ontario, Canada, and is the child of Ezra Fairman and Margaret Hawley. [1]

In 1916, George was living in Sintaluta, Qu'Appelle District of Saskatchewan, and working as a machinist. He is shown as being 40 years old. His wife, Edna E., is 30 years old and their son Robert D. is 2 years old. Mother-in-law Ann J. Lord, 54, is living with them. All were born in Ontario except Robert, who was born in Saskatchewan.[2]

By 1921, George and Hannah Eda have another child, Margaret, 3 b. Saskatchewan. George is now working as an auto mechanic. His mother-in-law Ann is no longer living with the family. The Census shows that George's father was born in Ontario and his mother in Nova Scotia, while Hannah's parents were both born in Ontario.[3]

He passed away about 1943. [4]
