In 1940, Ruth and O.F. Culpepper lived in Gould, Harmon, OK. She had finished 2 yrs of college. They had two children: Iva Ruth, age 5, and Otis Fancher, age 3.[2]
Ruth died 25 Aug 1988 and is buried in Gould Cemetery.[3][4]
