James William Morgan Fannon was born in Virginia around 1874. The son of Alcy Georgia Rasnic and John Wilkerson Fannon both of Lee, Virginia. Husband of Mattie Halford. Father of 3 sons. James was only 36 when he passed away in 1910. He is buried in the Drakestand Cemetery in Sallisaw, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.
