Robert was born in 1868 in Islington, Middlesex the son of John Faraday and Margaret (Suart) Faraday. Robert was christened as an adult in 1886, which see below.[1][2]
1871 Census on the 2nd April 1871 Robert was living at 10 Wentworth Road, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex with his widowed father John and his siblings John, Elizabeth, Mary and Joseph.[3]
1881 Census on the 3rd April 1881 Robert was living as a scholar at Westmoreland School, Norwood Road, Lambeth, Surrey.[4]
Robert a clerk, was christened as an adult on the 7th March 1886 at St James, Edmonton, Middlesex. He was living in Northumberland Park, Tottenham, Middlesex.[5]
