Walter Farley was born in 1877 in Farnworth, Bolton. His mother's maiden name was Seddon.
Walter married Emma Jane Morris in 1902 at St Mary's Church in Ince (in Wigan district).
By April 2nd 1911, Walter and Emma were living in Ince. Walter was working as a railway waggon maker.
Emma died in the first quarter of 1947, in Liverpool North district. She was 64. Walter also died in the first quarter of 1947 in Liverpool North district. He was 67.
