James Farlow was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

James Farlow was born on November 04, 1820 in Freemans Reach, New South Wales, Australia. He was the son of Robert Farlow and Ann Dyer.[1]
James' father was a convict who arrived on the ‘Canada’ in 1801, his wife ANN (nee DYER) and daughter, Maria b.1800 came free. They had a further 8 children in the colony.
Marriage 1849
He married Martha Cross on January 02, 1849 at Wilberforce.[2] The district shown on their marriage record in the New South Wales BDM register was "CM" which was an early New South Wales church code for Church of England parish of Wilberforce.[3]
